Website Design
JTKreative's websites average around $1500, depending on the difficulty of the design. We build in html for static sites (everybody sees the same thing) or we will design a template based site using a Content Management System (CMS) called "Joomla." A Joomla-based site allows for an amazing amount of flexibility. Joomla is great for blogs, web stores, on-line communities or for those of you that like to be very "hands-on" with your web sites.
We view websites as an extension of a brochure. People are going to go to your site to find information about you and your company. Why make it hard to find? JTKreative is doing it's part to keep the internet simple. Anybody from heavy internet users to newbies ought to be able to find your information with little effort.
The $200 Website.
JTKreative is now offering a $200 website. When is the last time you actually looked in the Yellow Pages for a business? The internet is the new Yellow Pages and JTKreative is offering a single page website which includes information about your business, a Google Business listing, a Google Map and contact information. It's for those businesses that are starting out or for people who don't need a large site and don't want to spend a large amount of money on one.

Hidden Charges.
JTKreative has no hidden charges behind our websites. There are no "monthly maintenance fees." Our sites are built to last with little maintenance. If you need a link changed or a picture gallery added, JTKreative charges $50/hr to do it - but we charge by the minute with no minimum. So if a link change takes 2 minutes (they usually do), we'll charge you for two minutes. If it's a large change, we'll will talk to you about a flat fee. We are in the business to make money, not rip you off.
Joomla Backup.
HTML based sites are uploaded. If you have a site built in html then it's being stored on your computer or ours and changes are made and then uploaded to the internet.
Joomla works a little differently. Your site is stored online, on your server. To make changes, you log into an administrative area, make your changes, click on "save" and your changes are made live for the world to see. If your server crashes, somebody hacks your site (it's the world we live in...) or if you've made changes and don't like the way they look - JTKreative can keep a weekly backup of your site and restore it for $15.00 a month. In a worse case situation, we'll do the legwork and restore your site for you at no extra charge (other than the $15/month).
